Katie Vandeloo
My name is Katie, and I’m a graduate student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Toronto. In the Cognitive Brain Health lab at Sunnybrook Research Institute, I am studying sex differences in brain structure, inflammation, and cognition in older adults. I have previously received MSc and HBSc degrees in neuroscience, where I studied brain structure differences associated with suicide and treatment-resistant depression. In addition to my research interests, I am passionate about raising awareness for neurodiversity and disability rights.
In my free time, you can find me curled up with a good book, a cup of tea, and my dog Albie.
